well top quality would be mugen of course, but are they worth paying 3 or 4 times the price? Maybe if you are going all motor and you need every little bit that you can get from anywhere possible. In response to Drift, why is a 14.2 so hard to believe for what he has? I have seen h23vtec setups which were tuned like he says his is, running 14.2 all day and they were claiming they have hit even better times..........also, Ive seen base model ludes which had most of the bolt ons and v-afc dyno tuned hit 14.6's.... good job drift.......

I ran a best of stock at 15.2 in the 1/4. I ran two other times, once with header, pulleys, and intake and ran a best of 15.4 but it was about 90 degrees that day and the track was horrible. I ran another time when it was 50-60 degress with intake, header, and thermal catback and the 15.4 was my best that day as well.

Personally although the Thermal catback was nice sounding I think it lost horsepower on me.

i'm going to the track again in a couple of weekends and hoping to get my pulleys back on before then. I've switched from the Thermal to a Apex WS for no other reason then the Thermal droned a bit on the highway where the WS is silent.

do you think its possible you lost HP with the exhaust? cause I put on an apex n1 catback and I cant tell if I gained or lost lol maybe it jus stayed the same other than the sound....

yeah but you can take off your muffler/exhaust completely and it will be a lot louder, that doesnt mean it made gains in HP.....
