I recently purchased a 95 prelude and did a jdm motor and tranny swap. After the swap the idle bounced while warming up, but then steadied after warm. When I took the IAC valve out and cleaned it, it started bouncing all the time. I then moved on to the FIT valve and removed the plate and tightened the white cap inside, this fixed the bouncing idle but now the idle is stuck at about 2000 rpm. I have tried adjusting the idle but it will only go higher not lower. Any help would be appreciated, starting to get frustrated.

 

try resetting the pcm.
