So I called around and the general consensus is that either the master or slave cylinder is in need of replacement and will cost between 150-250 for parts and labor.

check hondaautomotiveparts.com for your part. it is genuine honda parts that are much cheaper than any dealership. and they are a honda dealership

well the master cylinder is basically external and a much easier/cheaper fix, so try doing that first, if it doesnt solve the problem than you were going to do it anyways, but if it does solve the problem then you will be a whole lot happier than if you would of had to replace the slave cylinder as well.......just my 2c

sounds like master cylinder. But it shouldnt get air in it from just sitting. the master cylinder is probably bad letting air into the system and the clutch wont disengage
