Default vacuum line

I put a CAI on my 2000 ss a couple of years ago. I had to disconnect a vacuum line (I think it went either to the resonator or the filter housing, can't remember). There was no place to hook it up so I plugged it. What is it, what does it do and where should it go, if possible?

if you cap the nipple at the throttle body you will not need that vacuum line. That vacuum line goes to the check valve and activates the butterfly switch on the stock airbox and since you arent using the stock airbox you dont need it. You can also remove the resonator too.
