Default Heatshield rattle, too close to ATTS

I have a 97 SH Prelude with 36,000 miles on it. That alldata.com site has posted a long list of factory call backs and stuff. After heavy investigation, I have discovered that the weird rattle coming from under the car, more towards the engine bay, is cause by a heatshield being to close to the ATTS. My problem is that I do not have a warrenty on my G-ride b/c I bought it from a private seller. If I go to a dealer, he'll charge an arm and a leg. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Like a do it yourself step by step solution? Thanks

Are you talking about the heatsheild covering your header? If so, you probably just need to tighten the bolts holding it.
