So you want to try to lose about 45 pounds do you. Open your Helm and the drawings are all you need AFTER you have the FREON removed. You will need several stock parts once everything is out. These include the rubber gormmets for the firewall and the duct that goes between the blower motor and heater assembly. Again this is very simple. You will remove ALL of the hoses and the AC wiring harness along with the fan and its relay. The condensor is in front of the radiator-not hard to get out, but the tubing may be.

Good luck

Are you removing your power steering also?

Your heat still works when you remove the A/C, right? Or do you remove all the ducts?

Is that black box in the middle of the dash & behind the glove compartment what has to be removed? or does that stay?
