there is a sensor on the tb on my b20a but i cannot find one by itself. the b21a1 sensor got broke and i looked everywhere. theres one place but they want to sell the whole tb not the sensor. id think it would be the throttle position sensor but no results for that motor when i search even under b20a5

have you tried looking up the auto wrecking / dismantling in the yahoo yellow pages and askign them for parts. I like to go on www.google.com and typing in prelude parts. I usually get about 10 to 15 cars that pop up. I call ask; they ship, bamm done!~

post a picture here! you can take pictures with camera phones or your digital camera

you can explain where the sensor is at? is it on the throttle. is it behind the throttle by the intake piping. is it on the air filter.

The one on the air filter is the MAF. the one on the piping behind the throttle body is the IAT.

on the throttle body theres a rod that runs through the throttle lever where the cable is wound, through the center of the intake butterfly, and comes out the back side. the sensor is positioned right on top of where that rod stops with 2 torx bolts, a gasket about an inch across and it is a 3 wire sensor. i believe it to be throtte position sens. and i dont know about ebay's rep on offbrand sensors that say they work....

This place sells just the sensor for $49.95. Part #500400 1-800-819-3109. You might have an issue getting the old one off depending on what kind of torx screws they used. If they look like rivots then your going to have to either use a dremel or a haxsaw to cut a line through the head, just enough to be able to get to it with a flat tip screw driver. They screw right out.
