the CEL in my 95 VTEC comes on just as the car is coming up to full temp, and stays on until the car is shut off. if i drive at low speed/rpms, and very little load. sometimes it won't come on for a while after it's warmed up, but it always comes on...i did the paperclip trick to pull the code, and the CEL NEVER blinks or comes on. incidently the SRS light blinks on and off when i do this....i followed the procedure in my shop manual, so i'm sure i'm trying to access the code correctly. any ideas? is this a code 0 (bad ECU)?
