Default Electroluminescent Gauges

I really want to put white face gauges in my 2000 Prelude, but I don't like the fact that when they are lit at night they turn some shade of green or blue when everything else in the car is lit in an amber color. Does anyone know if there are EL gauges on the market that glow in an amber color to match the rest of the lights in the car?

I see lots of face gauges on ebay that lets you choose from many diffrent colors. Most are a form of green or blue, but there are lots that have about 10 totally seperate colors.

It's just green or blue, depending on how bright you turn it up...

In all honesty, most of those gauge faces regardless of colour are more problems tan they are worth. Some of the problems I have seen are; gauge needles "sticking" (ie. gas reads full when really it's only half full or almost empty),colours won't change anymore and finally gauge fails to light up period .

importsyn is definitely right..... not only installing them can be a hassle sometimes....but they have been nothing but problems for me and everyone else I know who has had them. I used to have them on my civic and not only did the needles stick like he said, they started to flicker after a few months, until they finally stopped working completely one day. IMO at night the gauges in the prelude look similar to reverse indiglo gauges, its just during the day they dont look as good....
