Crane Hi-6 Ignition

external coil hookup for 2k lude
I am trying to install an aftermarket ignition system. I am trying to tap into the OE ignition module. Normally there would only be 2 wires coming from the large plug to the factory ignition coil. The Honda Prelude has 3. Can anybody here give me the description of the 3 wires?
Factory
1st wire is black/yellow
2nd wire is plain yellow
3rd is a thin green wire
My Crane HI6 ignition has 2
1st wire is colored red which can be tapped directly to the black/yellow wire
2nd wire is white (trigger) I need to know where I should tap this one. Either the plain yellow or the green? Hopefully somebody on this site is able to help me. Thanks in advance.
