keep in mind you need all the parts for the shifter.. clutch... new cv joints and a few other odds and ends that you may not think of.....

Who told you that a 2003 Acccord six speed will just "bolt right in" to a 97-01 Prelude? They haven't even released the cars yet, so I doubt dealer service technicians have all the required service manuals on the coupe. They probably don't even have everything yet on the rest of the 2003 Accord line. So how would even a dealer really know? Granted, the tranny is essentially the same as the one the Acura CL Type S, but the rotation of the engine is opposite to begin with. You plan on driving in reverse all day?

it would cost you about $1000-1500 parts and labor. If you go at it yourself, you could probably get it done a little cheaper. Look around local shops with work already done with engine swaps, etc.

You folks do know that Honda four cylinders rotate counter-clockwise and their V6's rotate clockwise, right? The six speed has been designed for front drive V6 applications (if ANYTHING, the six speed on the S2K might work, but that is designed for RWD.)

On my sol it cost me about 700 to do it... It's possible, and not tough if you have the tools, and the time to have your car ripped apart.
