need help

cant decide what to do. i am considering selling my clean 1999 prelude for an s2000. i dont know whether it is an upgrade or downgrade as an s2000 has barely any features eg:no tilt steering. what do you think.

rofl rwd leather, more power better design than 99. no tilt is because not needed in the car
