New catalytic converter?

It´s possible that my catalytic converter has to be replaced because of some damage in it. My question is if it would be better to get an OEM one or a high-flow one (exhaust system is and will stay stock!!!)??

You have answered the question-stay stock from end to end. You will see little or no benefit from an aftermarket cat for your setup.
