Just an FYI. I was replacing my springs two weeks ago and I found three of my Koni Sports leaking at the top of the damper. Even though this sucks, I contacted Koni, they gave me a return authorization # and in less than a week and a half I had three rebuilt Koni's. 13 bucks to ship. I wish all businesses would be this easy to deal with.
How many miles did you get out of the Koni's before you had problems? I've heard the biggest reason why they fail is people don't cut the bump stops to allow for additional strut travel.
I want to say between 30,000 - 35,000 miles. I haven't heard anything about cutting the bump stops and Koni doesn't mention it. Can you post a link for me?

Koni would not provide that info. The manufacturer of the springs would, because it depends on the height of the springs.
