3rd gen: Transmission oil

Hey-

My 88Si grinds second occasionally and doesn't always shift smoothly, so I want to try Redline oil in the transmission. What oil weight is required? Has anyone used Redline MTL or MT-90 in the 3rd gen?

On my buddy's 3rd gen Si, we just used 10W30 and it works great. That's what I use in all my civic trannies too...
