How to take out the bolts

all 4 bolt on the wheel is all rusted,how to take the bolts out

Breaker bar, or take it down to your local tire shop and they will bust the bolts off for you

Go get some penetrating fluid (I prefer PB Blaster) and soak them down for a couple hours. After that, take a breaker bar or put a cheater on a 1/2" ratchet and they should break loose.
