need some help with this guys...
i live in las vegas.. looking for a 4th gen commuter / fun car..
i found this http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/car/453201065.html
.. i checked it out in person.. it's a pretty damn clean car.. only problem is.. the hood and the roof need to be repainted due to water stains.
he listed it at $3800.. but i got him down to $3300.. just need an idea.. what a good 4th gen goes for..
this one has 156k miles\\ auto \\ clean title..
please let me know what the avg. price for the 4th gens go for.. and if $3300 is a good price..
also.. how much would a good paint job cost me
thanks!

I think that $3300 is reasonable, yet a little high, for that car, but I would try and talk him down a bit. It looks like an SI, with the DOHC H23 from the under hood pic.
To put it in perspective, my girlfriend got one last year in September. It's a 95 SE (same as SI but with some extra stuff). It has leather, A/T, and it had ~125k miles on it. She paid $3300 for it after we talked the guy down from $3500. But she did only have ~125k miles vs the one you are looking at with ~156k miles. Does it have leather?
U could get a decent paint job at Maaco for cheap, since the car is already 13 years old. I've had good experiences with Maaco, although I heard it depends on the shop itself.
