Default Essions problems

Hi there everyone I am new to this website and forum. Just to give a bit of history I have an 1996 honda prelude which had the f22 motor in it. I had it swapped to the jdm h22a I/H/E in May. I recently had to do Emissions and it failed. They said the computer wouldnt let the scanner read it. I think it is because the car was converted from obd2 to obd1. Is there any way to make it work? I tried to show them receipts and they told me it was out of range that I had to show them within 30 days.

Im not from a state that allows emissions testing....But from being on this board for a while it is my understanding that a conversion automatically is a fail for emissions...you may be able to pay extra for one of them stickers or some shit

Yes it does...

Do what everyone else does, get a "lick & stick".
Find a garage near you or a mechanic that will pass you. For a premium of course...
