Default Timing.

Ok so I for my car running without buying a new engine wich is pretty sweet. I just had to clean up the threads in the cam shaft and locktite the bolt in to hold my crank pulley on. I guess somewhere along the way I messed up the timing? Anyone know how I can fix that or anywhere around manchester New Hampshire to bring it to get it fixed? also I the kid I bought the car off of put AEM true time cam gears on there..how should those be adjusted? I dont would rather have stock one on there so if anyone is interested in those I am willing to part with them for pretty cheap. Thanks
