Default ECU Flashing

i have a 1994 Prelude i just bought, THe owner before me (The 2nd owner) did a H22 swap (It had a H23) he swapped it becuase the original owner tried racing a crotch rocket and blew the H23 (Idiot, lol) and when the 2nd owner did the swap i dont think he changed the ECU so now the V-tec in the H22 doesnt kick in cause the ECU doesnt recognize the V-tec. Now I have been told i can flash the ECU to recognize the V-tec, but i dont know how to do it? or if it can be done to use V-tec. if you can how do you do it? and how much does it cost? or would it be better to just get a new ECU?

Thanks guys.

If you get a new ECU you will need to get a new harness.....I have heard of people rewiring the ECU to run Vtec.....the best bet would be to get a H22 ECU and a H22 wiring harness and redo the whole thing
