I was wondering...... couldn't someone reflash the car's ECU to recognize the vtec?

if flashing the ECU is possible, would it be cheaper than buying a new ECU?

anyone got a P13 ECU???? let me know if you do!! i have been looking everywhere for one

look on ebay for an ecu...one of my friends just bought an ecu off there for a great price...i think it was like $75

Nope, the P14 for the H23 doesn't have the necessary components on the circuit board for vtec.
