Default Where do "2" Hoses from stock Intake go?

I have a 95' Prelude V-Tec and I recently purchased and Installed an Intake. My problems is this; There were 2 hoses attached to the old intake and I have no "holes" for them on my new intake. There was a Hose attached to the back of the Engine block, but I put a little filter over that Hole... is that Ok? and the Second Hose was at the "Top" of the pipe (opposite end of the FILTER). Are these "OK" Left out!? What should I do with them? And 1 more thing, my Intake came with some hardware, two pieces of metal that I am not sure if I need. They are for holding something in Place I think.
~~~Thanks for the Help Ya'll!!!Later, Pj_0lson~~~
you should have bought an intake with those holes, a breather filter is ok for the one on the engine block and im not positive but it could be for idling, the other smaller one that was connected to the top of the intake is smaller and i dont think you can fit a filter on that one, but you could probably rig something up, dont just leave them and forget about them because they are needed for something and your car will run shitty if you leave them off.
