i have a 2001 SH lude
a few weeks ago, the check engine light and atts would flash on, usally in lower rpms, and the needles will drop to like 0 rpms, then go right back up. and the engine and atts light turn off.
it started doing it more frequent,
untill now it does it and the car will stall out, like the power jus cuts out, no niose no nothing, sometimes it will start right away, then sometimes, no lights will come on in the dash for a few mins, then it will work agian for a bit.

now i dont kno if this is related, but when i click the headlights, not parking lights, the engine will cut off and the lights in the dash turn off. also the front pass side headlight wont turn on with new bulbs

got a new battery, and had the alternator tested, all seemed fine,

Any ideas?

i dont get a code, but let me go double check

 

damn the battery was dissconnected.
2moro i will make it go off agian and try to read it, but i dont think it threw a code.

 

ok so i gave it another run today
when im in gear and let out of gear, as the rpms are dropping
when it gets to about 3k the check engine, and atts lights pop up
the needle drops to 0
then a split 2nd later everything comes back on
and the check engine and atts dissappear

i checked the mil code and nothing came up for the engine, it jus stayed on
the atts gave 43?

any ideas?
