same problem ive had for a year with my b18b in my 92 hatch, im still unsure of the issue. ive replaced the IACV, FITV, TPS, and PCV. still the same!

check for vaccum leaks, check throttle body gasket, intake manifold gasket, and make sure you didnt swap any plugs, the TPS and MAP sensor are the same plugs, same goes with the IACV and Intake temp sensor
|
is there a way to tell that the TPS IACV and MAP are plugged into the right socket?
|
when my car warms up the idl is fine, until then it bounces from 1200-1500rpm

Yea my car does about the same thing bounces up and down from 1-1 1/2to about 2.But when its warmed up it runs fine. I was told the it could be the throttle sensor. The place that did the swap said it could be that the throttle isn't closing all the way. I would've had them fix it but i had to get it out of there for work. They also said that there is a part under the throttle body that might need to be replaced. i wish i knew what the part was so i can explain it better.

I was told it could possibly be a bent throttle plate...is that even possible??

It could very well be because of a bent-throttle plate, but it is very unlikely. You need to search for a vacuum leak... Hint: Check your seal around the brake booster... |
