Default H22 auto or H22 manual

I have a 92 lude with f22a but am going to switch out to a H22. I currently have a auto trany in my car I want to switch out to an H22 I found a full kit on ebay for an auto swap but not sure If I want to go to manual because it would be a lot more work. Which would be the easiest and what would give me the most bang for my buck (Hp).

HP is HP. The engine is the only determining factor on how much horse power you get or have. The manual transmission will give you more seat of the pants feel of power because of the lower gears due to having 5 gears instead of 3 (or 4 if overdrive). It will depend on you if you want manual or auto. I prefer manual over auto on a car I want to feel performance from, but auto on my truck. It is all on preference and how much money you have.

h22 what? If its the h22a4 then be prepared to pamper the hell out if it because they are high maintenance transmissions. People say they aren't dependable but people who say that have stick and hear if from others or people who had them and never change their fluids.

Is it possible for you to part your ways with the S model Lude and buy an Si in stick or even a VTEC model?
My girlfriend recently paid $3500 for a 95 Lude SE with 124k miles. It is auto but it is real nice, with leather interior etc.
Prob the easiest way would be to just sell your S and buy a manual equipped Si or even the VTEC (if you can even find one).

The problem is that I love this car's styling anything above the 92 doesn't have the triangular headlights, they have better engine but I don't like how they switched the head and tail lights.

The Prelude model years are from
88-91 3rd gen
92-96 4th gen
97-98 then 99-01 both 5th gen

You say you have a 92, which is the same bodystyle and lights as the 4th generation...
IMO, the 4th gen has the nicest look, I especially like the tri-angular tail lights...
That being said, what model year do you have?
