Default question on 92-93 prelude

If a car was manufactured on 8-92, is it a 93 model or 92? Also, are there any differences between a 92-93 Prelude? I am asking because I have a parts car and no title. I don't want to give anyone wrong info or sell them a part that won't work. Thanks for any responses! Greg, GGflyguy@aol.com

The car has Vtec on the rear, but it doesn't have the engine or pcm, so is anything else different?

there should be no difference, the years for that model prelude are from 92 to 96, the only differences would be if its an S or an Si, if its an S, it has the 2.2L SOHC, if its Si, it has the 2.3L DOHC

If you got A vtec its an Si but their is no discernible difference between 92 and a 93 other than the model designations (Si or S) and an Si came stock with steel 15" wheels and a Vtec (1992 Prelude Type S F22A)

I tried to swap one of the front brake caliper adapters and it was different!! WTF???? One is set up for wide tang disc pads and the other is narrow? I am talking of where the disc brake pads slide into the adapter. Anyone know why this would be different? Both are ABS cars.
