I have a ignorant newbie question. I just got A 1993 Honda prelude with a JDM H22a engine swap in it. I can't find the transmission dip stick for the life of me. Does anyone know where it is located.

Snoopy is right, there is no dipstick...

The proper level is obtained when filling the tranny to the top of the fill hole...

 

Is this correct for both manual and "AUTOMATIC" transmissions? I am just curious. He never mentioned if it was an auto or stick.

Yeah you are right, he never did say what it was...

But the auto trannies do have dipsticks, so I figured he had a manual tranny since he couldn't find it...

Plus its an H22A JDM... Who would put an auto tranny in that car with an H22 swap? Not me

Better yet, who drives auto Preludes? Just kidding, I'll stop...
