**1992 Honda Prelude S** What did you guys do??

I'm hoping for advice, ideas, or suggestions on what I can do to my car. The look or sound. I'm on a tight budget so I'm thinking one step at a time.

exhaust--tires--tint darkness--stereo--anything.........

i have a 92 lude, and i'm on a very very tight budget lol, so what i did was just start with the basics like everyone else, i just did the ebay thing and found the cheepest stuff, but be carefull when you do that cuz you get what you paid for you know. the motor you have is a good everyday motor, its pretty powerful for a SOHC, just start with little things like an intake, maybe throw some headers and a cat back system or somthing, throw some synthetic oil in there, put some iridium plugs and big 10mm wires on it, and whatever else you can find that adds a couple of horsepower on there without cuttin real bad into your fundage you know

 

I also have a 92 lude sohc I spent 35 dollars on an intake kit on ebay and I was amazed at the feeling of more horses it doesn't seem like much of an upgrade but I was surprised that I could acually feel it. I also spent a little more for upgraded exhaust got a performance one from midas, it was so loud I had to bring it back to them so they put a resonator on it so I could hear myself think in the car that was a little more about 150 dollars but it was worth it. And another cheep upgrade is tires get some Z rated tires the car has good handle by it's self but with upgraded tires you can out handle a lot of cars on the road. stereo I upgraded my entire stereo in the car go to crutchfeild.com great place nice prices, good subs don't forget I got twin audiobahns 12" in a bandpass box ebay with amp box and wiring 350 bucks with shipping
