by pass valve help

my fren just got a injen cold air intake but didn't get a by pass valve yet....would a aem by pass valve work with the injen cold air intake?? if not does injen make its own by pass valve?

it will save you from hydrolock and bad part is you lose hp and the foam gets sucked up at WOT.
