2-3whp. exhausts are changed for sound, not power. unless you have a built engine.

ya i would go 2.3" or smaller for a stock engine.. otherwise it gets a nasty sound imo.. however some guys love that greddy evo or tanabe racing jerk medallion.. its up to you.
whats the best piping size for a small turbo for my car? I'm planning the project, and ive heard 2.5 is good.

volumewise, how would that compare to a ws2 or an evoII? IN the middle? I dont want it loud, although I understand for performance backpressure isnt in the exhaust chambers and a wider pipe will do some good. I would prefer to keep it in the middle.

Evos are never loud, they're turbo...

Go and find some people with different exhaust and see what sound you like :dunno:

i meant greddy evoIIs, not the evo lol my bad... and im just not sure how an exhaust will sound n/a compared to turbo(besides the fact that it will be quieter). For example, i find the greddy evoii to be obnoxious witha k-series motor, i prefer an rsr or greddy sp2 sound. Unfortunately the piping size of these is 2.3", and I've been told thats too small for FI applications.
