hopefully he knows some who works at a smog shop because theres no way a JDM H22a will pass visual inspection in california because the H22a was not offered until 93 and the referee station is out of the question because they stopped letting JDM motors get B.A.R. stickers over a year ago and the only legal swaps are USDM motors as we had a EG hatch with a B16a swap they said no and had to pull the motor out and put a B16A2
