Default Need some advice

I have an '89 Prelude 2.0si that I am in the middle of re-building. I got the block back from the machine shop a couple of weeks ago. It has a .020 overbore, new pistons and rods, and re-ground crank. I have heard people go on and on about these stage 2 cams with adjustable cam gears. Does anyone here have any experience on these? Are they really a decent setup? And if so where should I order them from? I need to take the head in to the machine shop but want to get my cams first so I am trying to make a decision in a timely manner. Any advice/comments would be greatly appretiated...thanks.

Doing anything like this would require the necessary support mods (intake, header, exhaust), engine management, and tuning. If you've got emissions testing in your area, you'll also need to factor that in to the equation.

Any stage "2" cam is going to need a higher compression ratio to even be worth it. If you've got stock compression, don't bother. An all motor build takes a decent amount of time, planning, and money to do it right. Finding parts for the 2.0 Lude may be quite challenging as well.
