valve clearance

how do you check valve clearance on a h22a? if anyone has a website, or link to a forum... that would be great.

im pretty sure i can figure out how to check the clearances, but i guess i need to know what they should be. any info please

005 is intake low; .006 is intake high; .007 is exhaust low; .008 is exhaust high.
