Default Low Beams

On my way into work this morning I had my parking lights on until I got out of the garage and then when I turned on my headlights they came on for about 20 seconds and both went out. I tried turning them on and off and nothing. The parking lights and high beams still work and all fuses are good as well. Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Would they both blow out at the same time though? I was thinking that the last time I replaced them i did both low beam and high beam at the same time but I never heard of them both going at the same time before. I'll give it a shot though.

Thanks

The likelyhood that both low beams blew out at the exact same time is damn near impossible (though I guess it could happen).
What year model is your Prelude? Are you using aftermarket lamps (5000K Zenon, etc)? Have you looked at the fuses under the hood as well?

It's a 97 and all the fuses are good. If I remember right they are the superstars that I put in.

Check to see if you're getting power to the low-beams and, if not, check your headlight relay. It could also be your dimmer switch or dimmer relay, but when one of those goes out, it usually happens when you click from bright to dim, not just sitting still.
