Default Replacing headlight?

I have a 93 Prelude and need to replace the driver side headlight. I tried matching the bolts with the replacement but not sure what I am supposed to remove.

I don't know if pics will help or not but here's what I got:

Also, can anyone tell me what the name of this part is?

I'm referring to the one that says "PA66GF." It's underneath the car in the front almost directly underneath the radiator.

Thanks.

I believe to change the headlights you have to take off the bumper

Yeah, you'll have to remove the bumper...

Also, that item above with the "PA66GF" written on it is the radiator drain plug.
