I just bought a 98 prelude. I know this is a stupid question, but I have looked every where for an answer. WHAT is the differance between the SH and non SH?

 

SH - ATTS, Leather seats

Base - base lol

No, leather was a DEALER installed option, for instance my 97 Base 5spd. had the leather (with the little H's on the seats and everything). Leather was Dealer installed, and was not model specific.

 

WHAT I got srewed! Lol im kidding not all sh's have leather seats.

The sh came with the straight 5 spoke, where the base came with the twisty ugly 5 spoke(im kidding), and the ATTS unit. Weighs a TAD bit more because of it. Also the oil filter is on the block a bit different than the base.

Actually, I wasn't even looking at buying a Prelude, just because it pisses me off that Honda never offered FACTORY leather seats. Or heated seats

But I found one with leather, and I had to buy it...

The only 97+ with leather I've EVER seen in person... They are VERY RARE
