Why are you using your parking brake to slow you down?

i first noticed something was right when i parked on a hill and set my e-brake and it slid on me, so i put it in gear. the next day i went in a parking lot and tried it out and pulled it up and it was like there was no change at all.

It's a pretty straightforward adjustment. You should check your pad thickness first and change them out if they're worn beyond limits. If you can't read the Word document (sometimes going from PDF to Word doesn't work so well), you can download the shop manual @ http://www.hondahookup.com/
Good luck.
