Where do I plug in the diagnostics on the '01 prelude help me out someone, please!

towards the back there should be a access panel by where ur foot would be if u were sittin in the passanger seat..that u can pop off and there u are...sorry i cant be ne more of help..if u hav ne problems jus call superman....jus playin kid
