Failed Emissions
Hey guys, for the month and a half I've owned my lude, I have been trying pass inspection, while I passed safety I'm like 600 counts of NOx over the allowed limit as well as like .04 of the CO2 allowed. The NOx I'm under the impression relates to the EGR systems, while I took out the EGR valve and cleaned it out, I'm still about 300 counts over the limit. What can I do to get it into safe emissions? Also, It could be cat converter right? Are there any good performance exhausts that come with a cat that would fit well on my 92 SI lude. Or am I going to replace the stock converter? I know very littler about exhaust systems so lay on some knowledge!
Thanks guys
Thanks guys

thanks alot man, I appreciate the help. I guess I'll take it to a mechanic
Ps. Integra Type-R wing or the RSX-S wing (slightly boxier iirc) would they look nice on it There is much debate upon this.

A friend mine was having the same problem, and he said something about how the EGR solenoid went bad, but after he replaced it, he passed inspection. He also owns a 4th Gen., so maybe check into that. Its the the EGR valve itself, is a EGR solenoid or something like that, so it seperate from the valve....

Yeah I know where the solenoid is, right above the cruise control thing on the far right side of the engine bay, we had suspected that, but the whole EGR system held vacuum as well as the valve opening and closing, thanks ill check that, and yeah mines a 4th gen
