Default 91 prelude engine check light 43 error

broke timing belt b21 and replaced with b20 the muffler with aftermarket muffler changed the air intake to a cold air intake moved the battery to the trunk ran seprate 4 gauge amp wire to the starter main fuse terminal and replaced all ground wires with same 4 gauge amp wire
my 91 lude check egine light is on i read the blinks from the ECU and get a
code 43. i have changed the o2 sensor and reset the ECU. but i still get code 43 have changed the fuel filter to make sure the the fuel system is kool. i also burn really rich my exhaust is coated with chalky black resin.
was wonder if my cat converter would have any thing to do with it.

my chilton says code 43 is the fuel system. it doesnt go into anymore detail, but try the fuel pump and injectors. if it still doesnt work...its because you still have the b21 ecu and need the b20 ecu (unless you already did the ecu swap...i'm just assuming u didnt)
