new manifold

I recently change the manifold on my prelude 95, the old one broke, I replace with factory manifold from the dealer, but it feel like I lost power, it's that correct?

Make sure all the vaccum lines are connected and are in the right spot.

i have a question on this matter to when i put on my cold air intake their was a vacume line that was on top of the old air intake does anyone know what that vaccume line is for ? it was on the top of the air intake right in the middle.
