Default random prelude problems

ok im just gonna list off everything wrong with my lude and please just give me all the hints and tips possible websites for parts shortcuts anything! kinda pressed for bills as usual...

1.)loud grinding at take off..souns worse when cold..im pretty sure its the throw out bearing but im just replacing the whole clutch...i wanna get something decent probably an act stage 2..so that problem is kinda solved..but..my clutch fluid was empty so i filled her up and now its holding? how is this possible!? its really confusing me...no leaks anywhere

2.)most likely a big problem but..my cars puttin out way to much smoke..one 02 sensor is screwed up but i didnt think it could make such a difference..could my rings be fried..or gettin there? no loss of compression or anything yet so idk but shes definately smoggin it up.

3.)new header oxidized a little whats the best shit to get the gunk off?

thats pretty much it..oh yea whatr kinda price am i lookin at for clutch install? i could probably do it with out a mechanic but idk not to much time on my hands and i always seem to fuck something up. and how do i take out my seats? i work at circuit city and im gonna have them do some crazy shit back there!..kicker L5's or one L7 havent decided..im gonna mount the sub and amps into a panel replacing the back seats covered in this red shag carpet i got layin around ..gonna be pretty hot if it comes together the way i want it to.

Use sandpaper on the header, and you answered the rest of questions

I paid $350 for a clutch install..

I paid $500 for my clutch/flywheel install.

Also, there are four bolts for each seat that you must remove.

question 2-- if it smokes only at start up you might have leaking valve stem seals. hook up a scanner and see if you 02 is switching. a bad map sensor will make it run rich but usually when they go bad the car barely runs or will run like shit. if it is steam and not smoke you have a leaky head gasket and are getting coolant into the combustion chamber.
