I'm looking at a set of prelude wheels to put on my accord... but the thing is, I'm worried about the fitmet and offset.

Anyone have experience w/ fitting 4th gen lude 9-spoke wheels (15x6.5 and lighter than the older "Si" 7 spoke wheels) on 94-97 accord? Rubbing? Any spacer needed?
Now, I'm planning to use 225/50/15 tires as well... anyone know if that would work out well? Or how would I get this to fit?
