Default Fogged up headlight

my headlights are very foggy. It looks like there some white film or something that built up on the inside of the headlight. Is there anyway i can get inside the headlight and clean it? Ive seen some other sites but it requires that i take off the bumper! looks like a hassle, anyone know another way?

Most of the time the haze is on the outside. Most plastic headlights suffer from this. Civics get it real bad. There is a write up in the DIY part of this site. It involves wet sanding the light and polishing it. I did this to my headlights and they are now look new. I also did the turn signals and the results were good. If you don't find it, post back here and I will explain the process.

This is another way to do it also: https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...highlight=grit

hmm i looked and didnt find anything that directly adressed my problem... i've researched and found a way to do it but it requires that i take off the bumper.... help please? well the closest thing i came across was https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...ight=Headlight but im assuming that the haze is on the inside of the headlight...
