I PUT SOME BLACK GRAPHITE MOTOR MOUNT INSERTS, FROM ENERGY SUSPENSION, ON MY CAR WHEN I PUT THE JDM ENGINE IN MY CAR. I NEVER DROVE THE CAR BEFORE, BECAUSE THE MOTOR WAS BLOWN WHEN I BOUGHT IT. IT HAS A VIBRATION WHEN IT'S JUST AT IDLE, WHICH ON MY CAR IS ABOUT 750 RPM. IF I REV IT UP TO OVER 1000 RPM IT SEEMS TO LEVEL OUT. WOULD THIS BE BECAUSE OF THE INSERTS, OR SHOULD I LOOK ELSEWHERE??? DO I REALLY NEED THE INSERTS? OR ARE THEY MAINLY FOR RACE CARS? WILL IT HURT ANYTHING TO LEAVE THEM IN, OR DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TAKE THEM OUT???

Yeah the vibration is because of thr inserts. In your case, they are not needed at all, take them out.
THE FRONT ONE IS EASY TO GET TO, WHAT WOULD IT HURT TO LEAVE THE BACK ONE IN? MY FRONT MOUNT WAS WASTED WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR, SO IT HAS A NEW MOUNT PLUS THE INSERT. IF IT WON'T HURT ANYTHING I'LL JUST LEAVE THEM IN, I GUESS, WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?
It woun't hurt anything by leaving them in, you'll just have that vibration at idle. That can be fixed by raising your idle a little like 2.2 was saying.
