blow out valve?
hey my friend is telling me about a part called a blow out valve that makes a cool hissing noise when you shift gears? have you heard of such a part? and what does it do to your car?
thanks
mike
thanks

What your friend is talking about is called a blow-OFF valve. It is used on turbocharged cars to vent the boost in between gears when the TB is shut. It does sound cool, but it must be on a turbo charged vehicle to work.
What's up ludeboom, haven't seen you around here in a long time. How is the hatch project going?

Only Blow-OUT Valve, which is actually a tube, i can think of is the one my friend has on his Zex Nitrous Kit, i think he said it prevents any chance of the bottle exploding, works kinda like a purge kit.
