Default Problem with 88 Prelude not turning over

Hey everyone!

I need your expertise to determine why the engine will not crank over. It's an 88 honda prelude, 2.0 si. I haven't had it running in 2 days, and it's pretty wet out here in Ontario Canada. I suspect some sort of water/moisture not letting it start over.

Things looked at/tried:

Tried boosting the car, no go. Battery power is not the issue.

Tried pushing the car then forcing in second gear to start, no go (manual tranny)

Added fuel additive to get rid of moisture in the gas line, (gas line antifreeze) no go.

May try to change distributor cap and rotor, we took that apart and looks like crap with a lot of buildup on whatever's in there.

It seems like a fuel issue not getting to the engine or the engine not wanting to fire over. We can keep on cranking it until we're blue in the face, but it doesn't want to go.

My old Civic had a similar issue, it ended up being the igniter at fault.

Any ideas on what to look at would be great!
