Default Squeaking Noise w/Steering

I have a 2000 lude... when i turn the wheel I get a squeaking noise from the front two wheels... i had this problem over the summer... I happened to get my pads changed and the noise went away... and now its back!! very embarassing when parking...etc.. any ideas???

powersteering belt may be too tight/loose

ya i guess i could check that... but it doesnt make sense to me since it went away when i had my brake pads changed over the summer.... i was thinking it mite be more of a bushing or something to do with the caliper
