Default 92 Prelude steering problems

Ok heres the story, I was in an accident and the other car hit me, the impact was on the front driver side wheel at an angle. Since then I have had problems with the steering, for 1 the toe is way the hell off, just on that side, -5.81, camber was -1.8 and the other side is .06 the toe is adjusted as far as the threads permit to where the car goes straight. but when turning right it makes a noise like my cv joint is bad, which the boot was ripped, I replaced the axle and it still does it, I looked again and its scrapping the inside frame. the camber is adjusted with a kit, so it's even again. Before that that tire was new and became old in like a month. Now this one is still like new. A body shop guy looked at it and said the frame was fine. everything bolted back on evenly in the front end, like the bumper and fender, and it all lines up. The shock on that side when I upgraded to Kyb AGX's went on really hard, it was a bitch to get on, the Y pieces connected to the bottom of the shock had trouble going back on the lower arm, so should I just replace everything in there, lower arm, upper arm, knuckle, and steering rack? My steering wheel has to sit turned right just to drive straight from the toe adjustment. By looking at it I can see noticably whats bent. Also isnt it possible hitting the wheel could throw off the steering rack? Some opinions would be great cause I am just sick of it driving like this. The wheel itself sits inside more then the passenger one, like its pushed back a bit . Thanks for all your help !!
