Default Flashing Drive Indicator

I have a 92 prelude...and a few days ago I try to start it and it won't fire...it starts to turn over but doesn't...I look at the drive4 indicator and it is flashing green while the park indicator is solid red

So after a few minutes it starts....but the d4 light is still flashing and I put it in gear and give it gas but it revs high and barely moves...

I've searched for awhile on the internet and haven't found anything...anyone else have this problem or suggestions on what is wrong with it?

Thanks a lot

I think its indicating that there is a problem with the transmission. I belive on the 5th gen auto, it means that the trans is on its way out. I dont know how it relates to your starting problem.
